Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Goodway Group’s editorial and content strategy across internal and external channels.
  • •Lead the annual thought leadership program, including flagship research such as the annual Connected Commerce Report.
  • •Develop executive thought leadership programming and content for leadership across channels (e.g., LinkedIn/Instagram), plus keynote messaging and contributed opportunities.
  • •Create content and sales enablement assets (presentations, case studies, one-pagers, ABM content) to drive qualified pipeline growth.
  • •Maintain content operations including calendars, governance, quality standards, and on-time delivery across global markets.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, thought leadership, communications, or related experience.
  • •Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio of thought leadership, research, executive content, or insight-led work.
  • •Experience developing and managing editorial strategy across multiple channels and audiences.
  • •Strong ability to translate complex subject matter into clear content that supports brand authority and commercial growth.
  • •Strong project management skills to manage editorial calendars, contributors, agencies, and competing deadlines.
