Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in Food Science (or related) with 3+ years of food formulation and product development experience, preferably for soups, sauces, dressings, batters, or breading systems.
  • •Hands-on experience in formulation development, laboratory/pilot plant operations, scale-up, and commercialization.
  • •Experience with thermal and non-thermal processing technologies and strong knowledge of food safety and GMP, especially for thermal and acidified products.
  • •Experience with experimental design, statistical analysis, and interpreting results.
  • •Strong communication and project management skills, including technical report writing and presentations; ability to travel up to 20%.
