•Lead inputs to strategic initiatives for Corporate Banking and business transformation activities, including development of business cases and coordination of performance management measures.
•Coordinate strategy, execution, and reporting of all Corporate Banking segments, including tools, targets, operating models and governance across regions.
•Roll out and maintain relationship management tools and Insights dashboards to regional teams, ensuring timely decision making and information flow.
•Prepare papers and presentations for Corporate Banking, Global Businesses, Functions and regional stakeholders.
•Oversee telecommuting allowances (up to 2 days per week) while ensuring full-time coverage and accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 169,541 - 179,541 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance or related field
•10+ years of related work experience
•5 years experience in Banking Products, Compliance frameworks, change impact analysis and KPI reports
•3 years experience in Generative AI, Qlik reporting tools, CRM tools to drive adoption and engagement
•Proven ability to design process maps, KPI reports, and manage adoption of new tools and governance across multiple regions
