  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure an engaging, friendly, easy-to-shop environment and build client relationships daily.
  • •Analyze reports with store leadership to strategize, deliver results, and support action plans.
  • •Ensure effective sales-floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives.
  • •Maintain store operations by executing front- and back-of-house procedures and supporting shipment processing, visual merchandising, and replenishment.
