Field Project Manager

Oversee daily operations for a crew performing asphalt patching, manhole raising, mill support, small grading, and related construction duties. Coordinate job site organization by reading plans, supervising and scheduling crews, and managing goals, timelines, and budgets. Order supplies and materials, drive to multiple job sites, maintain time/material records for daily job costing, and assist with labor and equipment operation when needed. Ensure adherence to safety and work requirements.
