Key Responsibilities

  • •Own assigned Latin America backhaul accounts from contract signature through onboarding, activation, day-to-day management, and long-term growth as the primary customer contact.
  • •Hit and exceed revenue targets by tracking readiness, shipments, activations, and payments, and raising risks early when dates or dollars may slip.
  • •Maintain internal systems so account status, risk, and opportunities are visible in one place.
  • •Monitor account health (contract compliance, KPI performance, invoicing and tax, logistics, and customer relationship) to prevent delayed cash or churn.
  • •Build account plans, forecast retention and revenue, and identify expansion opportunities (additional sites/kits and new ways customers can use Starlink backhaul).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field, OR high school diploma/equivalency with 6+ years of professional experience in account management, customer success, business development, operations, or technical customer-facing roles.
  • •5+ years owning a defined book of business with accountability for customer health and revenue (retention, realization, expansion, or collections).
  • •5+ years supporting customers on a technical product or service.
  • •Professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • •Experience supporting customers and managing accounts in complex, technical, customer-facing environments.
