Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for the Insurance Vertical across the DACH region.
  • •Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships across strategic insurance accounts.
  • •Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to underwriting, claims, distribution, customer service, finance, and operations priorities.
  • •Lead executive-level presales efforts, proposal positioning, and originate/close AI engagements in partnership with sales and industry leaders.
  • •Lead the DACH Insurance AI GTM core team across presales and solution consulting, including incubation of new offerings and ensuring responsible AI principles are embedded in opportunity framing.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, and/or industry roles with progressive leadership responsibility, including client-facing leadership.
  • •5+ years leading or co-leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including at least 2 years with Generative AI (large language models, AI agents, or GenAI-enabled applications).
  • •5+ years of Insurance industry experience through client delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership, preferably in insurers, reinsurers, or DACH insurance service providers.
  • •2+ years supporting or leading presales activities such as opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive-level deal reviews with sales or delivery teams.
  • •Fluency in German and English with experience leading cross-cultural teams across the DACH region and broader Europe.
