Job Summary

Own and execute an AI go-to-market strategy for the Insurance vertical across DACH, driving revenue growth through executive relationships, opportunity shaping, and presales proposal positioning. Lead a DACH AI GTM core team and incubate offerings leveraging partnerships such as OpenAI and cloud ecosystems, while embedding responsible AI principles.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for the Insurance Vertical across DACH, spanning insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and insurance service providers.
•Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships across strategic DACH insurance accounts.
•Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to insurance priorities across underwriting, claims, distribution, customer service, finance, and operations.
•Translate insurance industry challenges into AI business cases and value propositions, and partner with client and sales stakeholders to originate and close AI engagements.
•Lead executive-level presales efforts and proposal positioning, including incubating new offerings and integrating technology partnerships into go-to-market motions.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of professional experience in consulting, professional services, and/or industry roles with progressive leadership responsibility.
•5+ years leading or co-leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including 2+ years with Generative AI (large language models, AI agents, or GenAI-enabled applications).
•5+ years of professional experience in the Insurance industry, demonstrated through client delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership in the DACH region.
•2+ years supporting or leading presales activities including opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive-level deal reviews.
•Fluency in German and English, with experience leading cross-cultural teams across the DACH region and broader Europe.
