Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble and install switchboard/panelboard components using hand and power tools and manufacturing information (drawings, blueprints, bills of materials, order entry systems).
  • •Follow procedures to accurately complete assigned tasks and proactively identify missing components.
  • •Maintain job progress, communicate problem areas and part shortages, and cross-train/stand in for other roles as needed.
  • •Perform quality responsibilities including visual inspections and troubleshooting nonconforming parts and assembly errors.
  • •Support safety and continuous improvement, including complying with PPE/use of equipment, performing 5S duties, and performing root-cause analysis when issues arise.
