Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure plant assets are properly managed and safeguarded.
  • •Staff, develop, and coach the production management team; evaluate performance and initiate corrective action.
  • •Develop and approve master production and shipping schedules; coordinate production activities between shifts and functions.
  • •Establish quality standards and manage quality improvement initiatives for operations.
  • •Monitor plant output, scrap and yields, production data entry, and inventory/inventory requirements; manage maintenance and safety committee participation; review P&L and expenses against budget.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience as a production manager or equivalent.
  • •Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • •Forklift operator certification is required.
