Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a team of STEP developers, providing guidance on design, coding, and best practices.
  • •Own end-to-end technical delivery, including scope, timeline, and quality outcomes for MDM solutions.
  • •Plan, manage, and track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coordinate across business, QA, architecture, and integration teams for alignment.
  • •Design and oversee STEP configurations and manage release planning, deployment coordination, and production readiness activities.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10+ years of software development experience focused on data platforms, including 3–5+ years with Stibo STEP (MDM/PIM).
  • •3–5+ years of experience managing technical projects or workstreams, with Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
  • •3+ years each with STEP business rules (JavaScript), data modeling and hierarchies, and workflow configuration.
  • •3+ years building integrations using REST APIs plus batch/messaging, and strong SQL/data analysis skills.
  • •Experience using project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project or similar) and balancing hands-on development with delivery ownership.
