Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high standards of customer experience in the Store aligned with PUMA’s Brand Values and service standards.
  • •Aim to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability targets through effective customer service.
  • •Process sales transactions accurately at checkout in a secure and efficient manner.
  • •Maintain store cleanliness and order, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • •Assist with execution and processing of incoming and outgoing merchandise and manage stock levels as needed.
