Key Requirements

  • •Must meet one of the following: 6 months First Solar manufacturing experience, 6 months of outside manufacturing/mechanical/agricultural experience, military experience, or graduation from vocational high school with no experience required.
  • •Must pass the community college entrance exam and complete a manufacturing maintenance training program.
  • •Verifiable technical skills/background and the ability to work with little supervision.
