Maintenance Technician (AM or PM Crew)

Perform scheduled maintenance and on-site repair of facility equipment and grounds, ensuring timely and cost-efficient work. Diagnose issues and execute repairs while meeting 70% of estimated repair times and collaborating with other departments. Follow OSHA, EPA, and site safety practices, manage waste from assigned work, and complete the First Solar Maintenance Technician 1 training program. Read electrical and mechanical drawings and technical manuals as needed.
