Key Responsibilities

  • •Prospect, qualify, sell, and close new business to existing and net-new customers to drive cloud revenue growth.
  • •Support deals by participating in discovery sessions, executive meetings, presentations, and delivering software demonstrations.
  • •Act as a subject-matter expert across the sales cycle with functional and technical knowledge.
  • •Partner with customers post-sale to ensure ongoing business value through onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and growth.
  • •Monitor customer health, manage milestones, mitigate risk, and identify optimization and upsell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years of professional experience in a quota-carrying sales environment in a technology company, or significant exposure to business processes.
  • •Experience generating opportunities, qualifying leads, and managing sales pipelines with a track record of building customer relationships and articulating value propositions.
  • •2–3 years of experience with a strong foundation in technical and business processes, exposure to relevant technologies/solutions, and customer-facing skills.
  • •2–3 years of experience supporting customers and driving business transformation, ideally in consulting or account management.
  • •Proficiency in English and Japanese and strong problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
