Lead fit-out and interior construction projects for local and global clients within a Building Consultancy team. Manage full project lifecycle from brief to handover, coordinate client and suppliers, ensure budget and schedule adherence, monitor quality, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across local and global teams to deliver premium office spaces that meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the entire fit-out process from brief to handover, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and scope management.
•Prepare and adjust plans, ensure data accuracy, and manage financial forecasts using MS Project and internal systems.
•Manage change requests and their impact on time, cost, and quality; ensure budget compliance.
•Act as the main client contact throughout delivery, manage expectations, and attend client meetings with regular reporting.
•Coordinate suppliers, monitor quality and deadlines, and ensure alignment with technical requirements.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in fit-out projects in the commercial segment
•University degree in construction/technical field
•Active level English is essential
•Methodical approach with attention to data accuracy and high-quality outputs
•Excellent communication and organizational skills with ability to plan and coordinate under time pressure
