Job Summary

Coordinate manufacturing operations to produce ware that meets quality requirements, following Amcor’s Quality Policy. Oversee molding, finishing, and packaging equipment: set up and monitor equipment, troubleshoot line issues, support preventive maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient operations. Continuously inspect and package product, maintain SPC charting and documentation, and manage shop-floor execution including KPI data, daily meetings, and work-instruction adherence.

Key Responsibilities

•Control manufacturing processes to produce ware that meets quality requirements using periodic procedures and SPC charting.
•Operate molding, finishing, and packaging equipment including setup, monitoring, troubleshooting line backups, and performing assigned PM functions.
•Inspect product on a continual basis and document/coordinate corrective action as appropriate, ensuring quality and efficient machine operation.
•Manage shop-floor execution by collecting KPI data, participating in daily team meetings, and contributing to performance improvement ideas.
•Write, train, monitor, and insure adherence to equipment and product work instructions for existing and new employees.
