Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support the company’s business goals in Brazil.
•Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and offboarding.
•Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, select, and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
•Design and execute robust performance management systems that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
•Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and market benchmarks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
•Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a multinational company, preferably in the FMCG sector.
•Extensive knowledge of Brazilian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
•Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and programs that drive business results.
•Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing HR team.
