Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the financial model end-to-end in Drivetrain, keeping it current as headcount, tools, and drivers change.
  • •Explain monthly performance drivers and variances, turning analysis into a clear leadership and Board-ready narrative.
  • •Lead annual budgeting and ongoing reforecasting for operating expenses with support from the financial analyst.
  • •Ensure ARR reporting accuracy and integrity in Finqore.
  • •Partner with GTM Operations and leaders to understand revenue performance, drivers, and variances; coach and develop the analyst team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in FP&A, including at least 2 years in leadership, in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Owned a financial model end-to-end, understanding its drivers and what breaks when assumptions change.
  • •Track record of coaching analysts and creating space for them to do their best work.
  • •Strong modeling and forecasting depth, with assumptions documented well enough for others to pick up.
  • •Ability to explain the “story of the month” to finance and non-finance audiences, including handling Board-level questions.
