Key Responsibilities

  • •Map business processes, KPIs, and organization structure to Oracle Fusion SCM modules.
  • •Implement configuration changes with IT/ERP deployment teams (workflows, scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects/record types, reports and dashboards).
  • •Support administrators, department managers, super-users, and end-users in using IT/ERP functionality.
  • •Manage internal IT/ERP project resolution, upgrades, and change requests; document and maintain training materials and system customizations.
  • •Assist IT/ERP migration activities including data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance; participate in system testing and UAT; provide monthly reports to Group IT Director/ERP Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Master Degree or Professional Qualification.
  • •Knowledge of Dredging/Civil Marine industry is preferable.
  • •Be able to manage personnel with different cultural backgrounds.
  • •Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users utilize IT/ERP systems functionality effectively.
  • •Collaborate with functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing.
