Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of full-stack and distributed microservices technology projects and a team of developers.
  • •Deliver robust cloud-based solutions with digital product managers to support financial empowerment.
  • •Provide technical leadership and set standards for design, development, and operational excellence across Agile teams.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities, implement targeted refactoring, and help reduce technical debt while improving system performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of experience in software engineering.
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •Experience coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, or Scala.
  • •Experience with database and database management systems, including open-source frameworks and CI/CD practices.
