Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with Technology Development to develop new device technologies and customize device architectures for foundry customer needs.
  • •Partner with manufacturing teams to develop and refine fabrication processes to meet device specifications and yield targets.
  • •Develop CMOS logic device technologies for high-performance compute, mobile, mixed signal, memory controllers, and other applications.
  • •Drive customized semiconductor device technology development and ensure compatibility with Intel’s existing manufacturing processes and platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in electrical engineering, physics, or related field with 5+ years of experience in CMOS device engineering.
  • •Experience with CMOS device technology in a foundry environment, including CMOS device physics and fabrication of advanced transistor architectures.
  • •Experience with data analysis, scripting, and data analytics techniques to accelerate learning.
  • •Ability to work on device parametric data generation and analysis, using DOE principles and engineering data analysis tools.
