Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage the end-to-end demand lifecycle from intake to closure across BAU, projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • •Ensure standardized demand artefacts (BRDs, epics, CRs) and act as the single point of orchestration for business demands impacting IT systems.
  • •Drive portfolio prioritization aligned to business strategy, regulatory needs, and the IT roadmap, maintaining a single version of truth.
  • •Align demand forecasts with capacity and financial constraints; highlight bottlenecks, funding gaps, and trade-offs to leadership.
  • •Oversee portfolio execution across Agile squads and Waterfall delivery streams; track progress, dependencies, risks, and report KPIs/dashboards for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Services, or Computer Science.
  • •Certifications in Project Management and Agile Methodologies (must have).
  • •10–15 years of experience in IT demand, portfolio, program, or delivery management.
  • •Experience in telecom IT environments (BSS/OSS preferred) and with large transformation programs and BAU portfolios.
  • •Exposure to multi-vendor delivery environments and the Netcarcker stack.
