Key Responsibilities

•Design and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls to mitigate key risks, including leading global projects to review policies and processes.
•Provide control guidance during business process changes and support company-wide initiatives and risk management activities.
•Develop, implement, and monitor business data for timely risk identification and continuous risk monitoring using data analytics.
•Foster relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure risks are addressed and the control environment is improved.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and all three lines of defense for data-driven risk advisory, fraud prevention root-cause analysis, and risk-aware continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or above in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Commerce, or related field).
•5+ years of internal control, risk management, and user growth experience, with more than 3 years of leadership or people management experience.
•Proficiency applying AI/ML techniques to identify control gaps and business demands.
•Professional proficiency in Mandarin due to system, documents, and communication with the China team.
•Project management skills to plan, execute, document, and remediate Risk Control initiatives.
