Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an integrator among employees, the business, and the HR organization; advise on business developments and people/organization needs.
  • •Partner with internal recruiting and third-party recruiters to execute hiring plans.
  • •Coach managers through employee development, including leadership succession planning and employee development action plans.
  • •Oversee complex employee relations issues, including fact gathering, analysis, recommendations, and performance improvement; coach conflict resolution and escalations.
  • •Guide managers and employees through the annual HR program cycle (performance management, salary planning, employee development) and support organizational change, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ years of applicable HR experience.
  • •Experience in a global, international, fast-paced (tech) organization.
  • •Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
  • •Affinity with talent management, change management, and/or organizational design is appreciated.
