Supervise daily lot operations for the Manheim Nashville auction, directing vehicle staging and movement through the sales lanes to ensure efficient, orderly operations. Lead the vehicle check-in area by coordinating drivers, personnel, and lane workflow, and maintain accurate vehicle processing from check-in to stocking and parking. Provide customer service, inspect lot equipment, monitor damage, coordinate with internal departments for vehicle readiness, and manage staffing and performance while ensuring safety compliance.
