Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models (surfaces, corridors, grading) and complete civil/site design for roads, drainage, land development, utilities, and stabilization/restoration projects.
  • •Perform earthwork calculations, existing-condition surface modeling using LiDAR/DEMs/survey data, and create surface models and QTOs.
  • •Manage coordinate systems, data transformations, and lifecycle data management for survey and client datasets, including coordinate/model/data exchange with internal teams and external consultants.
  • •Create and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools, perform clash detection, and ensure LOD/COBie compliance while conducting QA/QC and enforcing BIM/CAD standards.
  • •Deliver client consulting and workflow analysis, lead digital integrations and data-flow mapping across Autodesk and Bentley ecosystems, and create training materials/best-practice guides.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years in the AEC industry with BIM/VDC or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •Preferred: twelve (12) years of experience.
  • •Proficiency with industry design/construction software such as Civil 3D, MicroStation, OpenRoads, and BIM360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
  • •Understanding of digital delivery workflows for infrastructure or building projects and comprehensive knowledge of industry standards.
  • •Professional Engineer or Architect license.
