Key Responsibilities

•Manage multimillion‑euro carrier relationships and take ownership in preparing and running senior-level meetings, including agenda setting and follow-up
•Analyze data such as premium flows and performance indicators and create carrier comparisons using advanced Excel skills
•Translate analyses into high‑impact PowerPoint presentations for senior internal and external audiences
•Act as a connector between Aon’s local, regional and global teams and senior collaborators at insurance carriers
•Contribute to broader initiatives and discussions advised by data within Inpoint and across Aon

Key Requirements

•Approximately 4–5 years of experience in an analytical, stakeholder-focused environment such as consulting, insurance (carrier or broker) or advisory roles
•Strong analytical capability, including advanced Excel skills and confidence working with sophisticated data sets
•Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to convert analysis into clear, senior-level storytelling
•Strong communication and collaborator management skills, with confidence operating in an international, English-speaking environment
•A master’s degree or equivalent experience in the relevant industry
