Job Summary

Own and run the Demantra business systems used for Budget and Investment planning, ensuring reliability, readiness, and continuous improvement. Lead operational workflows across Sales Operations, acting as the bridge between Business and IT to translate requirements into system solutions. Oversee integrations across Oracle, Demantra, Salesforce.com, OBIEE, and Oracle R12, troubleshooting issues and coordinating enhancements, change requests, releases, and user training.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Take business ownership of the Demantra platform and provide technical support as the subject matter expert.
•Ensure Demantra and related processes remain operational to support Budget and Investment planning activities.
•Provide systems consultancy, governance, and training to drive adoption and sustain performance.
•Manage system enhancements and continuous improvement by coordinating Service Requests and Change Requests through release and change management.
•Oversee integrations and troubleshoot complex system or data issues across Oracle, Demantra, Salesforce.com, and connected tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 61,908 - 74,588 annually

•Strong experience with complex data architecture and cross-system integrations.
•Proven expertise in Oracle Database and understanding of relational data models.
•Solid understanding of Salesforce.com and integration with back-end systems.
•Experience leading system or process improvement projects across multiple stakeholders.
•Project Management certification (PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
