Key Responsibilities

  • •Take business ownership of the Demantra platform and provide technical support as the subject matter expert.
  • •Ensure Demantra and related processes remain operational to support Budget and Investment planning activities.
  • •Provide systems consultancy, governance, and training to drive adoption and sustain performance.
  • •Manage system enhancements and continuous improvement by coordinating Service Requests and Change Requests through release and change management.
  • •Oversee integrations and troubleshoot complex system or data issues across Oracle, Demantra, Salesforce.com, and connected tools.
