Lead the People function for Mercado Envios, acting as the primary advisor to leadership, supporting opening of logistics operations, structuring teams, and local leadership development. Responsible for managing leaders and teams, aligning People practices across regions, and monitoring KPIs ( turnover, engagement,absenteeism ) while coordinating with Admin Payroll, TA, DEI, Compliance and Rewards to ensure a great employee experience.
