Job Summary

Support the Store Manager in driving boutique sales and delivering a luxury client experience in Prague. Lead daily store operations—including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory and stockroom organization—while acting as the store’s brand ambassador. Coach and develop Sales Associates, monitor performance, manage schedules, and support onboarding. Ensure compliance with loss prevention and global Jimmy Choo visual merchandising standards, and manage VIP client relationships through clientelling and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding boutique sales targets, conversion rates, AUR, and UPT.
•Maintain a high level of customer service on the sales floor with deep product knowledge of footwear, handbags, and accessories.
•Cultivate relationships with local VIP clients and build a loyal customer database through personalized outreach and clientelling.
•Coach and mentor Sales Associates, assist with daily goals, performance reviews, and team schedules, and support recruitment and onboarding.
•Oversee daily opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, stockroom organization, loss prevention controls, and visual merchandising standards.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role within luxury retail or premium fashion.
•Fluent in English and Czech (written and spoken).
•Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to understand retail KPIs.
•Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays, aligned with premium retail opening hours.
