Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship agentic workflows end-to-end, including orchestration, retries, guardrails, and evaluation harnesses.
  • •Build evaluation loops that detect failures before production deployment.
  • •Own retrieval infrastructure end-to-end, including indexing strategy, relevance tuning, and diagnosing retrieval quality degradation.
  • •Integrate MCP servers and APIs as first-class components of system design and behavior.
  • •Build enablement systems for efficient human review of AI-generated content and partner with cross-functional stakeholders through the build.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of software engineering experience building agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, or similar retrieval-augmented applications.
  • •A systems-first mindset for designing modular AI agents that scale across disparate data sources without technical debt.
  • •Experience mapping end-to-end agentic workflows to anticipate and mitigate failure modes before production.
  • •Experience with search/retrieval infrastructure, including indexing and relevance tuning (ranking/relevance).
  • •Familiarity with API integration and/or MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration in agent-based systems.
