Job Summary

Own the end-to-end deployment of ProcessOS workflows at enterprise customers. You’ll take natural-language process descriptions through generation into executable BPMN, prove working integrations, and maintain an active improvement loop over time. Work deeply across Java services and React interfaces, configure Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments, debug integration failures, and build custom agents/connectors when defaults don’t fit—then hand off a functioning capability to the customer’s team.

Key Responsibilities

•Deploy and prove ProcessOS workflows: take the first process file to a production workflow, driving measurable fitness gains within 90 days and viable deployments within 12 months.
•Drive organizational adoption by working with technical and business stakeholders to build understanding, trust, and lasting customer capability.
•Work at technical depth: configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments, debug integration failures, and build custom agents/connectors for legacy enterprise systems.
•Build a deployment playbook from scratch by documenting what good looks like and accelerating the next implementation.
•Feed the product and improve it through field findings: contribute custom agents and codify integration patterns while fixing production bugs and handing off independently operable capability to the customer team.
