Job Summary

Configure and implement Workday’s Benefits Solution for clients, providing Workday product and implementation expertise. Lead benefits setup across areas such as health and welfare, retirement plans, wellbeing, PTO/leave, and other voluntary benefits. Run working sessions to gather and analyze requirements, convert legacy data, prototype and validate configurations, and assess impacts of Workday release updates while resolving functional issues and supporting client success.

•Ensure successful implementation of Workday’s Benefits Solution.
•Configure, test, and demonstrate Workday Benefits requirements through prototype development.
•Collaborate with partners and clients to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure adoption of Workday standard methodologies.
•Convert legacy data into Workday and support client testing of designed solutions.
•Analyze Workday release updates for feature-change impacts and resolve functional issues across complex business scenarios.

Key Requirements

•Certification in Workday Benefits is required.
•Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise to configure and test Workday Benefits solutions.
•Have in-depth knowledge of how benefits plans (including retirement plans such as 403b) are set up in benefits/payroll functional areas.
•Design and implement requirements in Workday Benefits, including company benefits programs such as health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, PTO/leave, and other voluntary benefits.
•Conduct client working sessions to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements and apply Workday standard methodologies.
