Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the Ads Integrity product strategy and roadmap, including ad review, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform quality.
•Balance advertiser experience, user safety, operational efficiency, business impact, and complex regulatory landscapes in product decisions.
•Lead cross-functional alignment to deliver long-term solutions with Engineering, Policy, Legal, Operations, Sales, Product Marketing, and other product organizations.
•Translate advertiser pain points, integrity risks, and operational bottlenecks into product requirements, success metrics, and measurable business outcomes.
•Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve automation, decision quality, feedback loops, and enforcement consistency across 0-to-1 and scaled systems.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of product management experience owning complex, highly cross-functional product domains.
•Deep experience building products in digital advertising, advertiser workflows, ad policy, trust & safety, fraud prevention, abuse detection, risk-based decisioning, or platform integrity.
•Strong systems thinking across user experience, policy frameworks, operational workflows, data pipelines, and technical architecture.
•Hands-on experience building products that blend automation, human review, feedback loops, machine learning, or AI-assisted workflows.
•Ability to lead ambiguous product spaces from zero through strategy and execution using data and metrics to prioritize trade-offs.
