Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct administrative and operational activities for claims/customer services functional areas by developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and best practices.
  • •Assess, evaluate, and improve workflows, processes, procedures, systems, and data quality to enhance outcomes, efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • •Coordinate and champion changes in requirements, strategy, and culture across functional areas of responsibility.
  • •Execute and monitor activities supporting compliance with internal controls and audit controls; manage and allocate resources to meet customer needs.
  • •Implement talent management practices (goal setting, performance measurement, feedback, mentoring, development, and training) and act as a technical resource for the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 110,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in Claims; or high school diploma/equivalent and 8+ years of Claims experience.
  • •2+ years of management experience.
  • •Data research and analysis skills.
  • •Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • •Preferred: 6+ years of commercial lines Claims experience and people management experience.
