Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects by establishing schedules, project parameters, and procedures to meet system objectives using complex contracting applications.
  • •Coordinate with contractors and owners on project scope, budgets, performance, and close-out.
  • •Examine contracts and estimates via risk analysis, develop risk plans, and manage change orders (recommend solutions, facilitate quotes, and close orders).
  • •Maintain project budget and manage cash flow through progress billing, collections support, and resource management while documenting job activity and costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Have HVAC Controls technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of HVAC/Building Automation Systems (BAS) controls.
  • •Field experience with commissioning, diagnosis, and repair of environmental-control systems.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified violations) in the prior 3 years.
  • •Be able to perform end-to-end testing, downloading programming, starting up, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
  • •Be able to use contracting applications to plan, analyze, and manage project scope, schedules, and parameters.
