Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end program schedules for engineering improvements, including comprehensive program plans covering schedules, material plans, and validation plans.
  • •Define program strategy and requirements in partnership with stakeholders across product management, quality, reliability, supply chain, and executive teams.
  • •Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • •Serve as single-threaded owner across product, engineering, supply chain, and software to manage detailed and high-level product planning.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end schedule of improvements with electrical and system engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and system software for wafer-scale engine supercomputers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, physics, mathematics, or a related scientific/engineering discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •8+ years of technical program management experience focused on hardware, embedded software, and product planning.
  • •Strong understanding of hardware design processes, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing workflows.
  • •Strong understanding of how software and hardware intersect, including how hardware changes affect software workflows.
  • •Proven ability to manage priorities across hardware, software, product, and operations disciplines; work effectively with highly technical cross-functional teams.
