•Drive failure analysis to identify long-term technical issues, plan resolution, and develop design corrections.

•Initiate and review ECOs to ensure the data supports fixes and coordinate follow-up communication to the field.

•Demonstrated depth in RF systems (hardware and firmware) with ability to troubleshoot to component level.

•Experience in firmware/software test development using Robot Framework or Pytest.
