Job Summary

Provide generalist HR support onsite at a distribution center, assisting with HR policies and procedures, training, and new-hire orientations. •Coach and guide distribution center supervisors and non-exempt associates; make recommendations for development needs and support special projects.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of Human Resources experience in food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-Commerce, or a high-growth/startup environment.
•Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, including interviewing skills.
•Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws with strong confidentiality.
•Solid coaching and counseling skills to support associate development.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with SHRM / PHR, plus flexibility for weekend schedules and swing shifts.
