Job Summary

Provide data-driven insights to support Operational Excellence transformation initiatives by analyzing large operational datasets, defining and tracking Customer Care KPIs, and measuring benefits realization. Build and automate performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI), deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting for leadership, and support ROI modeling, post-implementation impact measurement, and data governance. Partner with Process Excellence teams on root-cause analysis, process analytics, and continuous improvement opportunities.

•Analyze large operational datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps, including deep-dive root cause analysis.
•Develop insights on Customer Care KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT, SLA, backlog, productivity) and segment data to uncover drivers of variation.
•Track and validate benefits realization across transformation initiatives and support ROI modeling and post-implementation impact measurement.
•Develop, maintain, and automate transformation dashboards and recurring performance reports for leadership and business stakeholders.
•Ensure data governance and quality by aligning KPI definitions, standardizing reporting data, and resolving data quality issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
