Key Responsibilities

•Ensure repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment, including preventive and breakdown maintenance.
•Handle electrical repair jobs for process equipment, packing machines, and material handling systems.
•Manage engineering spares control and maintenance, including workshop tools management.
•Implement 5S and OEE in the assigned area and support TPM/WCM practices.
•Coordinate third-party follow-ups for repairs, spares, and AMC; report incidents and perform RCA; support improvement CAPEX and new projects.

Key Requirements

•Diploma/BE in instrumentation engineering.
•4 to 6 years in a similar role.
•Knowledge of PLCs and experience with electrical repair for process equipment and related machinery.
•Competency in preventive and breakdown maintenance, including condition monitoring and root cause analysis.
•Familiarity with work permit systems and maintenance best practices such as 5S, OEE, TPM, and relevant ISO/OHSAS standards.
