Perform initial triage, validate incidents, and classify alerts using SOPs. Track log collection, platform health, automation workflows, and data ingestion status. Create and update incident tickets, maintain investigation records, and produce operational reports. Escalate confirmed incidents and automation failures to L2, coordinate during incident response, and verify automated playbook execution while adhering to SOC processes and SLAs.
