  • •Meet contractual lifecycle requirements by applying technical skills to telecommunications, security, and related technology products.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and testing of X-ray systems to ensure operational readiness.
  • •Respond promptly to equipment malfunction support requests and provide operational support.
  • •Support field customers with maintenance standards, field triage, and maintenance requirements for deployed equipment.
  • •Document trends, failures, repairs, and service records and provide basic user training to Department personnel as needed.
