Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technically robust client configurations and ensure deployments are correct, properly scoped, and aligned with requirements before going live.
  • •Own configuration quality end-to-end, avoiding fragile setups and silent workarounds.
  • •Optimize agent performance by analyzing performance metrics and improving voice agent and communication flows.
  • •Act as the product and systems expert for clients, explaining architecture, constraints, trade-offs, and product capabilities.
  • •Provide structured product feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform with scalable, reusable solutions.
