Key Responsibilities

  • •Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Verify and manage turn-in documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts), including accurate condition coding (A–H).
  • •Update and maintain timely, accurate entries in Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP) and support inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
  • •Safely store, stage, and organize equipment/ materials in warehouse or yard areas, including operating forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
  • •Assist with audits, Property Accountability Reviews (PARs), and inspections; coordinate with unit supply, QA, and transportation teams to resolve documentation and discrepancy items.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent; basic proficiency in English (reading and writing).
  • •2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience in an Army or contractor environment (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of Army turn-in and property accountability operations, including AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
  • •Familiarity with Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP, plus supply documentation interpretation (DA and DD forms).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and be eligible for Tier1/NACI (Public trust); also requires a valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
