  • •Develop and optimize sourcing and supply chain strategy for assigned grocery categories to improve cost structure, reduce risk, and improve process efficiency.
  • •Take full ownership of assigned categories, including SKU ideation and onboarding, vendor selection, performance management, and innovation activities.
  • •Manage price negotiations, contract management, and cost savings initiatives to hit targeted budgets.
  • •Use large internal datasets and industry benchmarks to identify cost-reduction opportunities and implement continuous improvement and best practices.
  • •Own inventory outlook, conduct risk analyses and waste mitigation, and communicate progress and contract compliance with cross-functional teams and strategic suppliers.

Key Requirements
