Build strong relationships with consumer and business customers through proactive outreach, follow-up, and in-person/virtual engagement. Assess customer needs, gather and process account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products, including digital self-service options. Maintain an excellent client experience by handling basic transactions and service requests, opening accounts, and submitting credit applications while partnering with branch teams.
