Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-touch, 1:1 support to a portfolio of TV/Film creators through feedback, content reviews, and growth planning.
•Design and deliver scalable educational programs, resources, and communications to improve creator content quality and storytelling.
•Manage creator agency (MCN) partnerships, aligning on growth objectives and streamlining onboarding and operations.
•Own end-to-end execution of creator growth initiatives, including project plans, timelines, and systematic workflows.
•Define success metrics, track creator performance data, analyze trends, and iterate on support strategies to optimize program impact.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience in creator management, program operations, or a related field in media/entertainment/digital platforms.
•Fluency in Korean and business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
•Exceptional operational and organizational skills to manage complex schedules and maintain meticulous records.
•Outstanding external communication and relationship-building skills, including experience managing agency/creator partnerships.
