Job Summary

Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment to keep operations running safely and reliably. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical/pneumatic/electronic system failures, and complete root-cause troubleshooting using tools, schematics, and technical manuals. Support continuous improvement by reducing waste and downtime, assist operators with technical guidance, and maintain maintenance logs and parts inventory while following OSHA and LOTO safety procedures.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform safe repair and preventive maintenance to support reliable manufacturing operations.
•Adhere to safety procedures including OSHA standards and LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) requirements.
•Diagnose and repair systems where mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic components interface, including PLC-controlled and servo-driven equipment.
•Execute scheduled PM, commission and calibrate machinery, and complete advanced troubleshooting using root-cause analysis.
•Maintain maintenance logs and reports, manage replacement parts and tools, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 21 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent, with technical or vocational training preferred.
•Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is preferred.
•Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to align and repair rotating equipment, gearboxes, and conveyors.
•Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
•Basic knowledge of OSHA safety standards and ability to work independently and in a team.
