Job Summary

Lead a core area of an enterprise AI agent product, shaping multi-quarter vision and strategy with high autonomy. Own the end-to-end quality bar—evals, guardrails, rollout gates, and feedback loops—to keep outputs accurate, auditable, and reliable while customers trust agents to act on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities

•Set the vision and multi-quarter strategy for a major area of the AI product, translating fast-changing tech into an opinionated plan.
•Partner with engineering, design, and AI research to ship sophisticated agent capabilities and convert them into high-value use cases.
•Work with customers and customer-facing teams to understand needs and gather feedback on agent and chat experiences.
•Own the end-to-end quality bar for AI experiences, designing evals, rollout gates, guardrails, and feedback loops for accuracy and reliability.
•Support the team as needed, including participating in user research, debugging quality issues, and reviewing agent outputs.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in SaaS or consumer tech, owning ambiguous, high-impact areas end to end.
•Deep experience partnering with engineering and design to ship sophisticated products with strong UX.
•Experience building platform or foundational products that other teams build on top of.
•Track record of setting product strategy and influencing cross-functional partners and leadership without direct authority.
•Strong communication and extreme attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
