Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the vision and multi-quarter strategy for a major area of the AI product, translating fast-changing tech into an opinionated plan.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, and AI research to ship sophisticated agent capabilities and convert them into high-value use cases.
  • •Work with customers and customer-facing teams to understand needs and gather feedback on agent and chat experiences.
  • •Own the end-to-end quality bar for AI experiences, designing evals, rollout gates, guardrails, and feedback loops for accuracy and reliability.
  • •Support the team as needed, including participating in user research, debugging quality issues, and reviewing agent outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record of setting product strategy and influencing cross-functional partners and leadership without direct authority.
