Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve complex customer problems related to Ubuntu, Kernel, Ceph, OpenStack, Kubernetes and other open source software.
  • •Troubleshoot and drive issues to resolution using workarounds, guidance, and bug fixes released upstream and in Ubuntu.
  • •Maintain close collaboration with Canonical’s Field, Support, and product engineering teams.
  • •Develop bug fixes and backport patches, working with upstream communities for inclusion.
  • •Review code produced by other engineers and participate in team discussions to improve processes, tools, and documentation.

Key Requirements
